Grant Application Form

Each application must be submitted by September 30th of each year. All required information must accompany the application, failure to provide the complete information may result in your application being rejected.

The Rivers and Area Community Foundation will review all qualified applications and speak to applicant representatives if warranted. There may also be terms and conditions with a grant being awarded to an applicant.

Grants will be awarded at a special ceremony sponsored by the Rivers and Area Community Foundation.
